Director SS Rajamouli is currently enjoying the stupendous success of the film ‘RRR’. Various American and British actors have come forward to support Jr NTR and Ramcharan’s film ‘RRR’ and praise Rajamouli’s work. In fact, SS Rajamouli and music composer MM Keeravani met filmmakers Steven Spielberg and James Cameron last week after winning the Golden Globe Award for the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the film. Both the directors praised the team of ‘RRR’ and Rajamouli for their work in the period film. Now SS Rajamouli was asked about stepping into Hollywood, on which he has expressed his views.
In fact, just like ‘RRR’ actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR are being asked about their Hollywood plans i.e. to debut in Hollywood films, SS Rajamouli is also being asked to make a film in Hollywood. Now director SS Rajamouli talking about this topic said, ‘I think making a film in Hollywood is the dream of every film directors around the world. I am not different from them. I am ready to experiment.
Rajamouli said that at the moment I am in a state of confusion about making films in Hollywood, what to do next. Talking about India, I am a dictator there. Nobody there tells me how to make films. If I make a film in Hollywood, I will have to collaborate with someone for that.
Junior NTR and Ramcharan starrer ‘RRR’ was released in March last year. Ram Charan and Junior NTR played the strong characters of Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem in the film. Actors Ram Charan and Jr NTR did a bang dance in the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the film. ‘Naatu Naatu’ from ‘RRR’ won the Best Original Song title at the Golden Globe Awards 2023 in the Original Song category, beating Hollywood singer Rihanna and Lady Gaga in the nominations.
