According to the police, they received the complaint on April 22, following which they have filed a complaint against the actor.

According to the police, the complainant told them that actor Vijay Babu had sexually assaulted her in a flat in Kochi. The woman, a resident of Kozhikode district, told that she was harassed not once but several times. Vijay Babu had promised her the role, but did not fulfill it. It has been more than five days since the case was registered, but the police are yet to summon the actor for questioning.
