After Salman Khan, Indian superstar Shahrukh Khan has received a death threat from an individual named Faizan Khan. A formal complaint has been registered at Bandra Police Station in Maharashtra. The accused, from Raipur, reportedly demanded a hefty ransom from the actor.
Police Begin Investigation
Shahrukh Khan, one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, has allegedly received a death threat over a phone call. The complaint was filed at the Bandra Police Station in Mumbai. The threatening call reportedly came from an individual named Faizan, a resident of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Sources say that a team from the Mumbai Police has gone to Raipur to investigate further. An FIR has been filed against an unidentified individual under Sections 308(4) and 351(3)(4) BNS.

Similar Threats Received Last October
Shahrukh Khan has long been a target on the underworld’s hit list. Throughout his career, he has faced multiple death threats. In October last year, following the success of his films Pathaan and Jawan, Shahrukh reportedly received similar death threats. The actor filed a written complaint with the Maharashtra Police, after which he was provided Y+ security.

Last year, acclaimed director Sanjay Gupta praised Shahrukh Khan’s fearless stance against the underworld in a tweet. Gupta stated, “In the 90s, Shahrukh was the only actor who didn’t bow down to the underworld. He told them, ‘If you want to shoot me, go ahead, but I won’t work for you. I am a Pathan.’ Shahrukh remains just as resilient today.”
