At that time, he was helped by Shiv Sena ambulance which was immediately made available by Bala Saheb and Amitabh Bachchan told about this, ‘Bal Thackeray helped me when I needed it most. If he did not come for help at that time, then perhaps I would not have been alive today. ‘ During an event, Bachchan saheb refreshing old memories said, ‘I have a long standing relationship with the Thackeray family. With Balasaheb’s family, we have all been like one family.
