Bollywood filmmaker and director Karan Johar is celebrating his 48th birthday today. Karan Johar, who has directed films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and My Name Is Khan, has seen many successes in his life. Now he is also the father of two lovely children but he did not marry. The reason behind this is Twinkle Khanna, wife of Akshay Kumar.
During the launch of Twinkle Khanna’s book Mrs. Funny Bones, Karan Johar told that he has only fallen in love with a girl till date, she is Twinkle. This is the time when Karan and Twinkle used to study in boarding school together.
On Karan’s talk, Twinkle Khanna had said, ‘Karan had expressed his love to me. At that time I had a light mustache. Karan used to see them and said that I like your mustache a lot. Karan was blushing at the event and he said that he would slap Twinkle.
Karan had offered the role to Twinkle Khanna in his film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai but she refused to do it. Karan wanted her to play Rani Mukherjee. It is also said that Rani Mukerji’s character was named Tina Karan after Twinkle.
