Deepika Chilkhia made this disclosure during an interview with Bollywood Life website. Actually, Bollywood has a buzz to make a film based on ‘Ramayana’. On the same rumor, Deepika told which pair would be perfect for Ram and Sita. During this, Deepika also told about who can play the role of Ravana.
Deepika said in the interview- ‘Many versions of Ramayana have come. Sita was not a tall woman. Her head used to reach Lord Ram’s chest. I think Alia Bhatt will be right for Sita’s character and Hrithik Roshan for Ram’s role. Ajay Devgan will be right for the role of Ravana.
‘Ramayana’ has started airing again on March 28 on TV. Talking about the response received by the show, Deepika said- ‘I have never seen this show in the last 33 years, but it has always been close to me. Because I used to see my pictures from this show often, it was never new to me. I have always been involved with my dress and my character.
Deepika further said- ‘I knew that when the new generation sees this show, its reaction will be different. But I am happy to know that this show still keeps people engaged, and its magic is still intact. ‘
