Due to this, the director has been in constant discussions, but today the reason for Anurag Kashyap coming in the discussions is his disclosure about his popular web series ‘Sacred Games 3’. The director shattered the hopes of the fans and shattered their dreams of watching ‘Sacred Games 3’.
Recently, Anurag Kashyap had come to promote his upcoming film ‘Almost Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat’. Meanwhile, the director has given a big update to the fans of the web series ‘Sacred Games’ for its third season. In fact, when Anurag Kashyap was asked about ‘Sacred Games 3’, the producer-director made it clear that it is not going to happen. The reason for this has been told by Anurag Kashyap to the Saif Ali Khan starrer series ‘Tandav’. Let us tell you, Anurag Kashyap along with Vikramaditya Motwani and Neeraj directed this series. While the first season of ‘Sacred Games’ received a lot of love from the audience, its second season was not particularly liked.
Taking his point forward, Anurag Kashyap said, ‘Netflix does not have the courage now because all the OTT platforms are very scared after the controversy over Tandav.’ There was a lot of ruckus about a scene in Saif Ali Khan starrer ‘Tandav’. This controversy had increased so much that changes were also made in the series. Let me tell you, ‘Tandav’ was released on Amazon Prime Video and Saif Ali Khan played the lead role in it.
On the work front, Anurag Kashyap is currently busy promoting his upcoming directorial venture ‘Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat’. The film stars Vicky Kaushal, Karan Mehra and Alaya F in lead roles. This film is going to hit the theaters soon.
