R Madhavan told that Shahrukh Khan somehow wanted to be a part of this film and both of them had a conversation about this film during the shooting of ‘Zero’.
Shahrukh said – I will play any role in the background
R Madhavan said, ‘He was paying attention to the things that happened during the shooting of Rocketry. At one of his birthday parties, he asked me how was the work going on shooting for the film? He expressed his desire to work in the film. He said that I will do any role in the background. I want to be a part of this film.
Shahrukh Khan did not take a single rupee in fees
R Madhavan at first thought that he might be joking but then later on the suggestion of his wife, when he messaged to thank these words, the manager of SRK immediately messaged that Shahrukh was asking about the shooting date. As far as the fees taken by Shahrukh Khan in the film is concerned, R Madhavan told that King Khan has not charged even a single rupee for this role.
